The Palladium Group covers all facets of real estate, from urban and architectural design to the ownership, management and maintenance of single assets and portfolios. The Group also has in-house sales teams.

The projects are generally located in and around major urban areas which are managed as regional portfolios. Individual projects include new build and rehabilitation backed by a hundred years of experience.

This global capability and a feel for a distinctive “art of living” are characteristic of the Palladium projects and services. It is an assurance of responsibility and performance for the Group, its partners and clients.

International Presence and Expertise

In Europe, the Palladium Group is active in seven European countries : Italy, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland ,and the United Kingdom. The Group activities are developed with local offices, teams and partners.

In the United States, investments have been concentrated in the Southern half of the country with Dallas (Texas) as U.S. headquarters.

In the Middle East, the Group recently formed a subsidiary in Dubai to undertake residential projects with local partners.
