Dallas-based Palladium USA unveiled a $100 million, 30-story residential tower. The 312 unit luxury tower will sit on the north side of Legacy West at the future Columbus and Windrose avenues intersection and is part of the development’s second phase.
The Apartments will have high-end finishes in home ranging from 616 square feet to more than 6.000 square feet. The oval-shaped tower will be just east of Toyota Motor’s new North American headquarters.
