On July 28th, Palladium Garland was awarded tax credits from TDHCA.
Palladium USA has again succeeded in this competitive process and increases their tax credit portfolio.
The project was one of the top scoring applications in Region 3 of Texas. The eight+ acre site is located on the south side of Interstate 30, east of I-635.
The new mixed income apartment community will include 140 units including market rate units.
