On December 5th Palladium Italia and Papillon SA, through the hard work of internal staff and with the collaboration of external consultants, have successfully sold their shares of the hotel development project located in Murano (Venice), “Rio dei Vetrai“, to an international subsidiary company of the Langham Hospitality Group based in Hong Kong.
Palladium Italia managed the overall procedure to recover the former glass manufacture and the historical buildings listed by the Local Heritage into a new luxury hotel with 140 rooms, wellness area, restaurant, bar and lobby rooms.
Palladium Italia operated during the administrative process to obtain all building permits from the local authorities, managing and coordinating at the same time the demolition and environmental procedure until obtaining the final certificate from the local environmental authorities. >>Read more
