Projects and works carried out over time, in different countries and in various contexts are the ‘testimonials’ – synthesis and showcase – of the skills of the Palladium Group.

Projects
Willemspark - The Hague, The Netherlands
The Willemspark complex is conveniently located a short distance from the centre of The Hague, surrounded by nineteenth century monuments reminiscent of the age of its name sale, King William II.
Set on one of the city's most desirable residential areas, Willemspark combines first class comfort and architectural detail with beautifully landscaped grounds. Willemspark has been designated an historic monument and, thanks to painstaking renovation and restoration, its rich history has been beautifully preserved. Designed in 1928 by innovative architect H.A. Wegerif, and inspirited by his famous colleague H.P. Berlage the structure was well ahead of its time.
The historic façade and entrance as well as the central hall and staircases have been preserved. The interior of the building has been completely rebuilt to the highest of modern standards with modernization of apartment dimensions and electric and plumbing service.

Quartiere Giardino - Milan, Italy
The residential complex is situated in the south-west area of Milan, in Cesano Boscone. It's divided in 4 different residential areas, called "Boschi" for a total amount of 26 buildings. These 9-storey buildings are surrounded with amazing green areas and each building is provided with underground car parks. The housing complex consists of 1.500 apartments for a total of about 5.000 inhabitants, and it is directly connected with the underground line with an efficient bus-transport system. The complex is served by the Prometheus cogeneration plant, which exploits a district heating system and is powered by woody biomass from the region.
Quartiere Giardino “Living Smart”: a pilot project
Enhancing urban areas by making them smart is an operation that, rightfully, can be considered the engine for improving the living conditions of citizens. The intervention in Brownfield is underway at Quartiere Giardino in Cesano Boscone, an existing area that is being transformed into a smart urban ecosystem.
The project includes: free WiFi areas, bookcrossing, object library, urban gardens, intelligent lighting system, fun theory and gymnastic equipment that produce energy. Palladium Group has chosen Planet Idea as a competence center for the ‘smart’ development of the Quartiere Giardino.

Papillon - Paris, France
Located right in the 14th arrondissement, which is considered to be a favorite hang out of artists, these buiildings were erected between 1928 and 1934 near the avenue du Maine, the rue d'Alésia and its shopping facilities. Thanks to its artists's studios, the building is reminiscent of the design found in the «Walter» buildings, Porte de la Muette.
The residence is serviced by subway line n° 13, station «Pernety» and n° 4 «Alésia». Several bus lines are available close by. All amenities are available close by to make this an attractive living area.
