The Palladium Group is organized as a European Economic Interest Group formed by the three entities Geplant, Anteo and Fibic, and their respective subsidiaries. These entities own the real-estate portfolio of the Group through property-owning companies located in each country.
The service and construction activities are conducted under the following segments:
- “Palladium” for property development, portfolio / asset management, sales and financial/ administrative support
- “Omnium” for transactions and property / asset management
- “SAEM-SMC”, SME and “Catalyst Builders” for technical supervision and construction in Italy, France and the United States respectively.
These companies constitute an international network which operates through its multinational teams including Group staff members and selected professionals.
