The Palladium Group is active in France since the 1920’s.
Historically, its activities were mainly concentrated in the Paris area and the Côte d’Azur region in Southern France (Toulon, Hyères, La Seyne-sur-Mer, Saint Mandrier, Bormes les Mimosas).
Today, Palladium France manages a large portfolio including mainly residential buildings, but also office buildings, commercial premises and parkings.
Palladium France applies its century-old know-how to the benefit of third party clients as well as the Group in a variety of projects ranging from new developments to rehabilitation/renovation projects, and the management of real estate.
The activities are structured in three segments:
- Real estate development under Palladium France
- Technical management and services under SME (Société Moderne d’Entreprises)
- Sales, rentals and property management under Omnium Services Immobiliers and Helion Services Immobiliers
