The Town of Little Elm, Planet Smart City, and Palladium USA are pleased to announce the groundbreaking on The District in Little Elm by Palladium – a new mixed-use luxury apartment community in Little Elm.
The modern amenity-rich residences will feature 324 units of thoughtfully designed one, two, and three bedroom floor plans with premium finishes. Upscale amenities will include two swimming pools, fitness center, business center, club room and a dog park, as well as upgraded appliances and granite countertops.
Additionally, over 50 Smart Solutions have been implemented that offer convenience and services to residences, all of which are integrated through a Smart App developed by Planet Smart City. There will also be a sky bridge connecting the structured parking garage to the rooftop townhome units plus approximately 11,000 square feet of commercial/retail space.

The April 8th groundbreaking (LINK to the groundbreaking video), attended by community leaders and elected officials, featured photo renderings of the incoming apartment community, branded promotional items, and refreshments. “The vision for Little Elm is large and growing! It is vital that we are able to offer a modern, high-quality development that is attractive and adds value to the community,” said Huth. “We are honored to work with the Town of Little Elm and help with their vision for the area.” The new 10.35 -acre mixed-use apartment community will be located on the north side of Main Street with buildings on the east and west sides of Lakefront Drive. Pre-leasing is expected by the Spring of 2022.
