Palladium Group is pleased to present, in this edition of the show, the collaboration with Planet Smart City, the global leader in smart affordable housing. We have teamed up to build a new mixed-use luxury apartment community in Little Elm, a booming part of Texas. The project, called The District, responds to pressing need for affordable housing there and hosts over 50 Smart Solutions that offer convenience and services to residences, all integrated through a Smart App developed by Planet Smart City.
Planet Smart City and Palladium Group previously collaborated on the regeneration of Quartiere Giardino in Milan, Italy, a smart district with over 1.500 apartments for 5.000 people and over 20 digital community services. Planet also has developments in Brazil and India. Founded in 2015, and having raised some $190m to date from investors, it aims to sell 44,500 housing units by 2025.
