Palladium Group invites you to join the panel “SMART REAL ESTATE! – increasing the value of real estate assets” at MIPIM 2019, where it will present its Quartiere Giardino – Vivere Smart brownfield project, located in Milan.
In the Italian real estate scenario, almost half of the existing buildings were built between 1946 and 1981 (ANCE – the National Builder’s Association data). These buildings, due to their intrinsic characteristics and design, are not in step with the recent requirements for high standards of technological infrastructure and to promote sociability among residents.
Quartiere Giardino – Vivere Smart can be a pilot project in which the use of intelligent products and good practices apply to an inhabited and alive context, with a view to improving the quality of life of citizens. This model can be successfully replicated and scaled on a multitude of existing projects, to promote the renewal of the Italian but also European real estate assets.
